WHAT IS WEB 2.0????????

I did not even know there was a Web 1.0 until 2.0 arrived! LOL

I was at our annual ITRT Camp this summer and found much helpful information to shed light on 2.0.

This site is all about 2.0, now isn't it!

What helpful links can you share for those in need?

Thanks

WIDGETS

The term "widget" can refer to any icon or graphical user interface (GUI) element that is manipulated by the computer or internet user to perform a desired function online or on their computer. The icons located on a personal computer's desktop are considered widgets. By clicking or manipulating the widget in some way with the mouse or keyboard, the user is able to interact with the computer or website, essentially "telling" it to perform desired functions.
